Wednesday August 3, 2011 Hike -- Nemo Bridge to Alley Ford

We will hike the 2.5mile portion of the Obed Segment of Cumber land Trail called Nemo Trail and back out for a total of 5 miles.  The hike is rated moderate.  From the Nemo Trailhead the hiker is exposed to rising bluffs and glimpses of the Emory and Obed Rivers. At 2.5 miles  where the trail continues on across old Alley Ford Road we will turn around and return.  We will depart at 6:45 a.m. from Vanity Fair parking lot.  Fairfield glade hikers please email Cheryl at thehecklers@charter.net if you want us to meet you at the parking lot by the 4 way stop, since we will be driving thru the Catoosa Wildlife Refruge via Peavine Rd.  Gas for carpool is $4.
