We plan two short hikes Wednesday near Tracy City....the Foster Falls climbers access trail and coke ovens at Grundy Lakes State Park. The 2 mi climber's access trail is a little like lilly cliffs but not as rugged and a little shorter. The coke oven loop is also about 2 mi depending on side trips. We can take on a third hike in the area if our hiking itch isn't scratched. Bill has offered to guide us thru the Tracy City Bakery which has been around since the 1800's.Bill and I have done the climber's access but none of us have been to the coke ovens. The drive to the trailhead is 1.5-2 hrs. Figure $7 for gas. Meet at American Legion at 6:45.
