Seventeen of us hiked the Bald River and Conasauga trails near Tellico Plains on Saturday.See photos.Drizzled when I left for the car pool, but great weather when we reached the trailhead.Stopped at 15' Baby Falls on the way to Conasauga and saw a couple kayakers run the falls(rated Class 3-4).Stopped in Sweetwater on the way home for Bradley's barbeque. Most reviews were good although my ribs were tough. For future reference, trip time was from 8 to 6 although we could have made it back by 4 or 5 if we had cracked the whip and skipped Bradley's and a stop at the Tellico Plains Visitor Center.
