Wednesday's hike was done Thursday again due to bad weather. With temps in single digits at car pool time, I guess wimps would say Thursday wasn't so great either. But since the Crossville Chronicle reports that Wednesday hikers never get cold, six of us(plus a group from Soddy Daisy) decided to put the matter to test. I think the Chronicle was correct. Plus we saw a great ice display as shown in Karla and Jim's photos. Actually, it warmed up pretty quickly, a balmy 20 deg at start of hike and 30 deg at finish.Eat you hearts out wimps!
